New Entry
I have had some time off over Xmas, and I know it's not being kind to myself but i think i probably copped out however, back on track again totday. I'm just sticking with one tool today but reallttrying to conquer it. I'm eating slowly which is fine so long as I concentrate but if my mind driftxs off to other subjects I find ive speeded up before I know it. Am hitting the sles today so no problem on the walking for 3o minutes front today. I am however genuinely going to focus on the eating slowly. This is the first time I have been able to reflect I speed up if I don't focus. This is a positive as i am going to try something different today which is what tyhe programme suggests.I know I have already completed the programme but am looking at it differently this time so wish me success, luck doesn't come into it in that I'm in the control seat!
